How to Book?
> Use Online Booking Form or download and complete the booking form and sent it to: Kensington Travel 26 Thackeray Street London W8 5ET along with £50 deposit for Coach Tour and £100 deposit for all air travel.

General Information
Booking Your Pilgrimage: The completed booking form must be sent to Kensington Travel along with a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 per person. In the event of cancellation of the tour by the passenger for any reason whatsoever or failure to pay the entire cost, the said deposit shall stand forfeited. All cheques must be made payable to Kensington Travel. On payment of the deposit amount, you will receive an official receipt from Kensington Travel for the amount you have paid.
Balance of your pilgrimage cost must be paid at least FOUR weeks prior to your departure. If you make your booking within four weeks of your departure you must pay the full cost at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid in full and on time we reserve the right to treat the pilgrimage as cancelled by you.
Passport: Please ensure that you have a current and valid passport and any necessary Visas. You must keep those documents with you when travelling in the coach as they will be required on entry and exit from your
destination.
Visas: You must obtain visas for the countries to be
visited on pilgrimage before arriving in the UK. Non EU passport holders resident in the UK will also
probably require a visa and must apply for this at the relevant embassy.
We do not accept any responsibility if you cannot travel due to not having necessary Passport, Visa, Immigration or other legal documents.
Travel Insurance: is not compulsory. A summary of costs and cover offered are detailed in a separate leaflet.
Health Care: We recommend obtaining E111 form in case of hospital treatment in the EEC. (Available free of charge from the Post Office)
Children Discount: 10% for under 12 years old sharing a room with full fare paying adult. Under 5 years old are eligible for 50% discount. Please contact our office to confirm discounts.
Luggage: Space on the coach is LIMITED, therefore luggage is restricted to ONE MEDIUM-SIZED SUITCASE, plus ONE SMALL item of hand luggage per person.
Food: During the journey, there will be stops at the catering service stations. Therefore NO food consumption is allowed on the coach.
Currency: Passengers are advised to have Euro currency with them since the banks are not always open when you arrive at your destination.
Changes to the Itineraries: Kensington Travel reserves the right to change the itineraries if deemed essential, or local circumstances make this necessary.
Cancellation of Tour: All our pilgrimage tours are subject to having a satisfactory number of bookings. In the event of not having adequate numbers, we reserve the right to cancel the tour two week prior to departure date. And if possible, we offer you alternative arrangements or full refund of all moneies paid. No further compensation will be given.
Late Arrival: Passengers must ensure that they arrive at pick up point at least 15 minutes prior to departure time. If a passenger is delayed and misses the coach, no compensation will be given.
Hotel & Accommodations: Accommodation is shared rooms. If we are unable to do this we will accommodate you in a single room and reserve the right to make an additional charge. Single rooms are of limited availability. Hotel check-in time is mid-day and check-out time is varies.
Gratuities: Gratuities are, of course, entirely at your own discretion, although customary. Your courier will make a collection for your drivers on the return
journey. If you are pleased with your courier’s services it would be greatly appreciated if one of the pilgrims made a collection for him or her before you return to Westminster.
Medical Care: We wish to point out that, as we do not have medically trained staff, our travel arrangements my be unsuitable for severely handicapped, ill or elderly people. It is a condition of acceptance that the applicant (or any member of his/her party) shall have made full disclosure of the facts with particular reference to adverse health.
